network

i cannot connect to the internet in my console. it only allows me to access the network but not the inernet or xbox live

Cannot connect to Xbox Live with my laptop plugged in

Usually, I can connect to Xbox Live using my laptop. However, I cannot connect to Xbox Live today. On the "Test Xbox Live Connection", it gets past the Network part and fails when it gets to the Internet part. We do not have a bad internet connection.

tried it but no luck.

On the network test menu, both network and internet are ok but LIVE cannot connect

"your console is connected to internet but cannot connect to LIVE. unplug your modem 30 seconds then replug it"

could it be a modem getaway config problem ? I'm clueless

The first two days that this was happening to me it would connect to the network, it would connect to the internet, then not to Xbox Live. Since then, however, eight days have passed and I'm on the tenth day of no Xbox Live and It continually says that it
can connect to the Network and Router but cannot connect to the internet and gives me an MTU error.

Hi,

It seems your console is not able to detect or connect to your network, or can’t establish an Internet connection, or cannot connect to Xbox Live.

Check the support @ Troubleshoot your Xbox One network connection if it helps.
