Cannot connect to my friends parties

Same happens to me sometimes, I cannot connect to certain parties and when I do, it takes like 15 seconds. That is certain friends though. I know one guy on my friends list that I cannot connect to at all. The second I attempt to join party it tells me I
cannot connect... lol doesn't even give it a second to connect.

I cannot remove an unknown friend who has prevented me from accessing my friends' parties. Router and connections are fine.

Sorry to hear about the random disconnect issues you're having. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

• Download Speed
• Upload Speed
• Latency
• Packet Loss %
• Wireless Strength (if applicable)
• Modem Manufacturer
• Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
• NAT Type

That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

So we do have some steps on our website that should help in the resolution of your issue.

If you haven't tried already, then give the steps on
Double NAT detected in your Network settings and see if that helps any.
