Cannot Connect to Multiplayer

I can see online matches but I cannot connect to any of them. All the local lan settings seem to OK and I can connect to multiplayer through COD Black Ops III. What's going on? How does it get fixed?

A lot of players are encountering issues with this game. The developer is aware and working on fixing the servers.

Try unplugging the power cord from your modem for 1 minute. Replug it and wait for all lights to appear again. Sign on and try again. If that doesn't work hold down the power button on the Xbox to perform a hard reboot.

I check my multiplayer connection and I always get "It's all good, there should be no problems with your multiplayer connection". But clearly there is a problem that it cannot detect. ;_;

My Connection percentage is 88%. Download - 15.5mbps, upload 6mbps

Still, getting major lag on multiplayer games, and cannot connect to some games online.
