Cannot Connect to MTV.

As a quick follow up, here is a concrete example (the only copy I want and need is the first one):

Has anyone figured this out yet? I have had problems with direct tv the purchased Cox internet they both would load the app but so far neither one will activate the app? Can anyone please provide me with a suggestion for this app to activate all other
apps activate and work as they should. Mtv used to work fine i think one of the past xbox updates is the issuses. Any help would ge greatt appreciated.

This is happening to me as well. Also with the MTV app.

Rock Band 3 changed publishers from MTV games (which no longer exists) to Mad Catz so they may have had to ship back all of the copies of RB3 with the MTV logo on them and replace it with the Mad Catz information.
