Cannot Connect to Madden 15, Dragon Age Inquisition, or GTA Multiplayers

This is starting to really *** me off. I haven't been able to play Madden 15 MUT head to head since I bought it. I used to play DA:I multiplayer all the time and now it won't connect either. Both of them give their typical "game session cannot connect" or
whatever. GTA Online is also being stupid and I can never connect to a session with other people. I'm always by myself. When I do get invited to a mission, I can never join.

I know right now there's problems with social and gaming but it only mentions FIFA 15. Also these problems have persisted before.

For the longest time I assumed my problems were my low internet speed. My internet is now 5 times faster and the same things happen.

Anyone else have these problems or know of a solution? I'm getting really sick and tired of buying games that don't ever work.

There's service issues going on right now. I'm a little *** myself. Now I know not to buy games online because when there are service issues - you can't access them - regardless if you're doing multiplayer or not. ;<

 

But these have been persistent through at least the last month I've noticed. Madden and Dragon Age were purchased online but I have the GTA 5 disc.
