    I deleted profile dumped the cache 3 times rebooted everything.. Unplugged everything.. Still the same *** on 3 seperate profiles even..

    Just succeeded at downloading profile at 312am ET. apps appear to be working for now. Good luck to everyone.

    I am having the same problem! Xbox live is connected. But I keep getting prompted to confirm my email and password, and then get this error. An answer would be nice, as I pay for xbox live and netflix, and it is not cool when I can't use it for no apparent
    reason.
