I am not able to connect to xbox live anymore and it is not my internet. I connect fine to other things. And I always use the xbox live, until yesterday all it did was fail to connect. I restarted my modem, even unplugged my xbox for a while, but it still
wont let me this morning, so now a whole day. What should I do?

Just for the sake of troubleshooting and ruling out a defective WLAN adapter:

Can you try to connect the Xbox with an ethernet network cable and see if that gets your console an IP address?

If so, TEMPORARILY turn off the encryption of your WLAN and turn off MAC based access controls if possible.Try to connect the Xbox to the unprotected WLAN. Does that work?

If not, then it might be local interference from other wireless broadcasts. Maybe your neighbour just bought himself a new router and is broadcasting on the same channel as yours. Or a new Babyphone in your vicinity or something like that.

I don't know that specific router model of yours, but my router has the ability to scan for surrounding WLAN networks (even with hidden SSID) and show you in a nice graph how crowded certain channels are, and where other 2.4GHz devices like cordless phones,
babyphones, garage door remotes and the likes broadcast, allowing you to change to a less crowded channel.

If you also ruled out Wireless interference, it might be your WLAN adapter of the console is faulty.
