Cannot connect to internet in destiny and destiny 2

Not sure why but Destiny and Destiny 2 do not work on my xbox one. This is recent and not sure why. The error says cannot connect to the internet. Any help is appreciated.

1. Turn off the console and unplug for 30 seconds to clear cache. Try again.

2. If this is only with Destiny 1 and 2 it could be a server problem on their side, if so, you will have to wait until they fix this.

I cannot get into black flag either or Youtube, Sling, Netflix, Destiny or anything. I get one of 2 messages one says I need to connect to the internet, yet I am connected and everything checks out, the other simply says cannot start (app) for some reason
0x87de2713 is the error code.

This just happened to me today. I had to do a hard restart earlier in the day now playing destiny it just booted my and now I cannot connect to the internet. Trying another hard restart.... it works. Only game that causes me to have to restart is destiny....

Destiny requires an internet connection. It's an MMO game.

When I was playing destiny 2 when it was raining outside then my internet disconnected and then I connected it back but I was saying unable to connect. Help me
