    Hello,

    For some reason for the past 2 months my xbox has not been able to connect to the internet with ethernet or WIFI. It works for my laptop phone and iPad so there is no problem with my internet at all, it keeps saying to check on my pc is the internet works,
    and it does. Also usually when you turn the xbox one on (with the option of faster start up time) your most recent played game would be the first thing that pops up in the box, then if you were to click on it you would not have to go through the whole loading
    process of the game and just start off where you last were. But for me i have to load up the game all over again which gets really frustrating and sometimes it does not even save. Does anyone know how to fix these 2 issue that i have??

    Hello, my problem is the following:

    When I start up my XBox i connect to XBox live but as soon as I start a game it disconnects me.

    I searched on internet how to resolve this and I came across a tech support saying to download the profile. When I try to do so, I cannot even connect to XBox Live...

    Which puts me in a weird situation where I cannot resolve the first problem because I have a second one.

    Also when I try to connect manually to XBOX live It freezes as it tries to connect to it, I need to restart the XBOX

    Cannot Sign in on Backwards Compatible Games

    Every time I try and play a BC game, it says that I sign in, but when I start the game it says my profile cannot be found or I cannot connect to Xbox Live. I am on Xbox Live as far as everything else with the One is concerned, but when I boot up any BC
    game, it will not let me access my profile or any save files. I've tried signing on via the 360 emulator but it always says I cannot connect to Live.

    Hey there AwesomeUV.

    If you haven't already, please try resetting your home network by unplugging network hardware for 30 seconds and then reconnecting. If you're still having trouble connecting to the internet, please let us know. Not every game saves directly where you left off,
    it's possible it's loading you back at the most recent checkpoint when you start up the game.

    If you haven't already, please try resetting your home network by unplugging network hardware for 30 seconds and then reconnecting. If you're still having trouble connecting to the internet, please let us know. Not every game saves directly where you left off,
    it's possible it's loading you back at the most recent checkpoint when you start up the game.

    Yes, 'cause the games are saved on Xbox hard drive and Cloud, but you will lose it If You start a New game when connected to internet.

    Hello, I am having a similar issue. I often move my Xbox One between 2 rooms when needed, only one room has an ethernet connection though, and the other I just connect to the internet. Sometimes when I move it into Room 2, it doesnt connect to the internet, and when I load up the game, the save is reset similar to Shahmeer. When I get back on the ethernet connection, the save is still reset, any ideas?
