Cannot connect to Horizon Life (FH4)

Whenever I try to join Horizon Life it takes a really long time and then fails, and says it was trying to connect in some far away

country, with about half a second of ping

There's an issue with the servers for the game which is being investigated.

To Choppy's response - Forza Horizon 2's end of life happened back in September. They're focused on FH4 now.

I also have Teredo is unable to qualify. Even with this Horizon Life on fh4 works but not on 5. I've tried for days to fix it but nothing works. It's really stupid that microsoft doesn't even pay attention to this issue,

Good morning, I have a problem with FH4 network functions.
I am probably missing the Teredo card. It is not in the device manager and I cannot add it.
Previously, the game worked correctly (not counting many bugs, but it worked).

I've found two external pages with somethings you can try, the first is from the Forza forums so if you can't fix the issue with steps on this link, a good option would be to post your issue there too and hopefully somebody is able to supply a fix for you
