Cannot connect to Gears 5 services

Hi all

I don't know if this is the correct place but i am all out of solutions.

Since 2 days ago i cannot connect to the Gears 5 online servers anymore. Whenever i boot up the game it just keeps connecting and then says offline. I tried doing a reset on my xbox. Delete the cache. Reset my modem and use an alternate mac adress. Even re
installing doenst work.

When i use a guest account everything works fine and then i can play online but then i do not have my progression. I really would like too play again on my main account. Does anyone know a solution for this? I tried reaching out to the developers but they
have a 2 week wait on their tickets...

I am really unhappy with this i did not do anything wrong.

Hello, to start have you tried looking up Gears 5 Server status?

There is so many possibilities to networking solutions. Such as what you have done above. Restart Xbox, Modem etc. If you start by looking at the server status for a specific game they should have a website to look at. It may be a device ban, IP Ban to a game
etc. There are so many things that can appear to be an issue.

Try deleting your "Gears 5" Sync data from your console then reload it. When you reload the game you should get a Sync Data Screen on your console. It might help.

Just to be certain, you do have an active Gold Subscription?

Verified if your internet is working properly if not reboot your router and try again and I recommend as well to uninstall the game and reinstall it again to be safe.

Thanks for the reply.

I already restarted the router and reinstalled twice. Quite a burden at this times to download 70GB three times.

Didnt help.
