    Cannot connect to games.

    I just was "forced" to upgrade to a Motorola SB6121 modem by Comcast after being told they would not support my connection issues with my old modem. After connecting the new modem and setting everything up I have been unable to connect to any game on Battlefield
    4. I am able to connect to Xbox Live and everything just fine. Initially, I had a cannot get "Terado" connection but was able to solve that, and actually connect to a game for an afternoon. At this time it showed that I was behind a "cone NAT" Status Code
    0X40000000000.

    This status is still there today. I have been through the a bunch of troubleshooting steps including the following: setting a static IP with the correct ports open, using the DMZ, refreshing the UNup, etc...

    Cannot connect to games.

    I am having this same exact problem. Got a new Modem from Comcast and it still doesnt fix the problem. I got the xbox on day one and ever since the update I'm not able to play Madden, NBA2k, Cod or Forza 5 online. PHONY.

    I am having this same exact problem. Got a new Modem from Comcast and it still doesnt fix the problem. I got the xbox on day one and ever since the update I'm not able to play Madden, NBA2k, Cod or Forza 5 online. PHONY.

    Can't start the game since the update, it says, the CD cannot be read. I have to log off from XBL, start the game then and connect back to XBL in the game. Cannot connect to GTAO though :( this patch *** it up totally for me
