    Cannot connect to game servers


    Hey! I have live and have fulls access to all its featues (messaging, party chat, etc.) but i cant connect to the servers for any game i try? I just get an error and get sent back to the main menu.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Posting the error code would be very beneficial for someone to diagnose the issue.

    That said, it is most likely a WiFi and/or Router issue. As others have indicated you should reset them both. Unplug them and replug them back in an few minutes later.

    There is also the possibility it is your Internet provider. A speed issue. You can test that for free here:

    Ok that isn't a public ip address , in fact I'm surprised they are using that at all. Anyway that will be the root cause of the problem they are using a "link local" ip address for the WAN which they will be NAT'ing themselves within their network so it
    is out of your control.

    To have any chance at getting your NAT open you need an ISP that can supply a public ip address

    Sounds like it could be a NAT type issue. Have you tested your NAT type and made sure it's open?
