Cannot connect to EA Servers

Hey guys, I have a really big problem and can't seem to solve it. Since yesterday, I am unable to connect to the EA servers in order to play Ultimate Team on fifa 17. I have this game since September and never had this sort of problem. I tried all methods
on the EA Help sites and still nothing is changed and EA support doesn't seem to answer me anymore... Please can anyone here help me? I invested some money in this Fifa and I would feel pretty bad not being able to play the game anymore. Thanks everyone!

Hello and thanks for answering me! The error I get is that everytime I try and connect to the EA servers I get a message saying to check my network and try again. The problem is that I checked and there's nothing wrong with my network, I'm still connected
to Xbox Live, I can play other games online, it's just a fifa issue. I also tried a lot of different things like reseting my console entirely, reinstalling FIFA, deleting my Gamertag and adding it again, trying to connect from another network, trying to use
wired connection but absolutely nothing works... It's already been 4 days since I'm having this issue and the only game I really play on my console is FIFA... so I'm really starting to think I'm never going to be able to play the game anymore because this
error doesn't seem to get sorted out... Hope you can guide me through... (I tried speaking to EA Help on Twitter, Facebook, EA helpcentre forums and Email, none of their sollutions worked for me)

 

Weird. What console are you on playing this on? And can you post back with an image of the error? This will help me out a bit more since you've already done a lot of troubleshooting that I would suggest normally, and I want to see what else we can do to
sort this out.

Xbox One is the console I'm playing. Yes, like I said, I tried almost everything by now and the problem is still there... I'm posting some screenshots in this post, hope they help, thanks for your answer!

Two things: Are you able to go wired, and can you run the detailed network statistics test for me? I understand that not everyone's set up is good for a wired connection, but I always want to try. The network statistics will help me see
if there's any hiccups that the test hasn't seen when it says it's "all good".

One thing I'd like to confirm, just because the support article suggested in EA's error asks it: EA has confirmed that you do not have an account ban through them, correct?

Hello, I tried with wired connection too, same result, same error.

And yes, I am sure I am not banned from the game because I asked them to look up my gamertag, I can connect on their website to the online mode and on the phone too and I also tried logging into a different version of FIFA but with the same error. I will
try tommorow again the wired connection and will send you a screenshot with a detailed network statistics. Thanks for your help so far!

Hello! I come with good news! I managed to solve the problem I've been facing for the last week. I just changed my router. I had an old one just sitting in my house and I think to myself it won't hurt to give it a try and the game works fine, I can connect
to the EA servers and I am able to play games without any problem! So if anyone from Romania and from the same ISP (RCSRDS) is having similar issues in the future, you can suggest them switching the router, it may help them too.
