Cannot connect to any xbox services/live

Router brand & model number: D-Link dir-835

How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 1

Wired or Wireless (for each console): Wired

Things you have tried:

• I power cycled the console
• I did a hard reset
• I logged out and could not log back in
• I deleted my account from the console could not add account back onto console
  
• I tried switching from wireless to wired
• I did a system reset (I used the keep games and apps option), after which I could not get past the update option as it could not connect to your servers. It knew there was a new update to download, so it must have been able to get that info from your servers.
  I am currently downloading the offline update diagnostic tool, but my internet is so slow that it's still has 6 hrs to download it.
  
• I reserved the console's ip on my router and put it in a DMZ on the router

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: No

Any Error Codes you encounter: No but a network test say the following "Your network is good, but there are some Xbox service issues"

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Teksavvy - on a dsl dry loop

Need help with xbox live

Hello
I don't really understand what has happened to my xbox live account, but i cannot anymore connect my console to internet, though my laptop connects without any problems. More than that, i cannot visit any xbox or microsoft website to get help from there!
I guess my account might have been hacked somehow. atm, i had my FIFA13 running, but i was using my laptop, so didn't really see what has happened there, it just said that it can no longer connect to live, and when i checked it, i could not connect to internet at all.
I had no xbox-point (or whatever they are called) on my account, but i had my bank account connected to it.

i tried visiting ms, or xbox web pages from the other browsers, not working either! and I cannot call to the call service, because I am in Finland and it is 9 a.m. here, unless someone knows 24/7 customer service number!

so if anyone has any advises what should I do, and suggestions what might have happened, I would appreciate your help.

 

Comcast customers can't connect to Xbox Live (8015190B or 80151909)

Cannot connect to XBox Live. Everything else in house connects with wireless, just not XBox Live. What is the problem? Paying for a service and not being able to use it....not the best of things. No luck with customer service either, they cannot tell
me anything either.

 

I would try and plug the xbox straight into the modem without the router ....you will have to reboot the modem and the xbox ....

I finally got the offline diagnostic tool downloaded and it was able to get me back up and running.
