cannot connect to any multiplayer

When I go into operations it says matchmaking and will try to load for about 15 minutes then kicks me. When I go to a server it says Failed to join server an unknown error occurred. Checked all connections and settings and everything is good. Its been
doing this for 3 days now. Any Ideas???

So many peoples can't play multiplay two weeks ago,why Microsoft still has no replay?

me and so many Asian members cannot connect to Xbox live multiplay around two weeks ago,why Microsoft can no any reply or any information?

I cannot connect to any multiplayer matches

This just seems to be the amount of players in the game. Most of the time I can only play Team Deathmatch. Last game I played there was only four players two on my team and two on the other team. I made the two players rage quit "I am Chips" and some maxed
out rank kid. It's just luck of the draw for the lobby size. I am worried this will hinder my leveling progress, but not much you can do for online games.

Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

Download Speed

Upload Speed

Latency

Packet Loss %

Wireless Strength (if applicable)

Modem Manufacturer

Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

I check my multiplayer connection and I always get "It's all good, there should be no problems with your multiplayer connection". But clearly there is a problem that it cannot detect. ;_;

I experience a similar issue when trying to play BF4 multiplayer. I have full internet connectivity, can surf the web but keep getting 'cannot connect to server' within the game. Can't seem to find any answers that connect the dots.
