    I have spent hours trying to fix this. I get the error message 101_107_1. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Have updated everything. I simply do not know where to go from here and I am very, very frustrated!

    Sorry to hear about the network performance. Let's check a few things to narrow this down. Does the issue persist when using both wired or wireless network connections on the console?



    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Cannot connect to any online games.

    I'd prefer you read my post before replying to it:

    "I am too far from the modem for playable speeds (my xbox gets 2mbps download from my modem's wifi signal)."

    This is why I play hard-wired, that is why there is an ethernet port on the back of my xbox one correct? Thanks for minimal effort though.

    1) Reset your internet settings.

    2) Connect your xbox through wifi.
