Cannot connect to 2K sports server (China, PR.)

Hi,

I cannot connect to2K sports server from the game since today. Before attempting connection, I deleted my account from XboxOne console (to do a account related troubleshooting as Xbox local support suggested), and then re-added it. Then I opened 2K15 game,
and tried to connect 2K sports server. The game shows that it trying to connect, however after one minute, the connecting dialog disappeared, and game is still in the state of offline. No error message shows during the process.

I'm using China Dayone XboxOne console, and bought the NBA 2k15 about one week ago. I do have my account in 2k Sports server with the 'MC' saves. It works good before but not stop working since today.

Now since I cannot connect to 2K sports server, the MC saves cannot be downloaded and I have to start the game from very beginning without online saves.

Mine also but I sold it because frustration but how do you fix it
