Cannot Connect, or download profile

So I signed in today and it did some thing where I have to vertify my email and password and it was right! It gave me an error code and just keep signing me out a million times.

I tried the delete profile only, clear cache thing a million times and it WONT EVEN LET ME DOWNLOAD MY PROFILE BACK. I'm not sure what the hell is going on but I'm getting majorly fustrated.

I just renewed my gold subby for the year last month Anyone got some insight on this?

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

I downloaded my profile and i'm connected. 0.o

there is no code the only thing that appears is this profile cannot connect with xbox live on this console. To fix this download your profile again

the issue is when i go on download profile it says cannot connect to xbox live

oh tried that but states cannot download profile at this time... sometimes comes up with cannot connect to xbox live...round and round in circles tbh
