cannot connect my console i have tried every thing i do not know what next to do.

can you do the network tests on the xbox to make sure its connected to the internet correctly?

Have you tested your internet connection?

Try power cycle reset described here.

If that not help, try factory reset with option keep my apps and games described here.

Then try to remove and add your account again on the console. Link.
