Cannot connect console to xbox live. This is not a first time connection

My xbox 360 cannot connect to xbox live. It tells me to see xbox support services store. What is going on

I can connect to Xbox live through "test Xbox live connection" but I'm not signed in. When I go to sign in it is successful but it disconnects me from Xbox live saying "your console cannot connect to Xbox live at this time" why the error code 80151991. I
cannot find any info on this error code. So to sum up. I can connect to Xbox live and sign in but not at the same time which is very annoying

Gamertag not Signing in

My Xbox is connected to Xbox live and I have tested my connection several times. Every time I click connect to xbox live it says "connection to xbox live lost" even though the console is connected. I cannot tell if it is a problem with my xbox or my gamertag.
Please help!

Sorry to hear about the issues with Xbox Live.

There can be a number of reasons as to why you cannot connect to Xbox Live. How exactly are you connected? What kind of router or modem are you using? Is it a wired or wireless connection? Let's start off with testing your Xbox Live Connection:

Press the Guide button on your controller, select your settings, select system settings and then select network settings.

Select the name of the network you're on, or select wired network for a wired connection.

Select test Xbox Live connection.

Now if the connection test isn't successful, something could very well be hurting your connection. But you should receive an error message during the test, report back with which error message you receive and we'll go on from there!

but now i have two profiles, one is the live "Dona Bruna" and the offline profile.

Can i combine then? Or i need to start from zero?

To use your Microsoft account on your console, you need to download it. This guide explains how

If for example 'Dona Bruna' was the Gamertag you wanted use for Xbox LIVE you would use the guide linked above to download said account to your console.

Sorry you can not combine accounts. If the account you've posted on here is your main account, you will have to use that one. Yes you will have to start from zero and gain your achievements again. Sorry.
