    Cannot connect. Check your network name and password and try again.


    Despite having played all morning with no issues, I am now unable to connect to my router. I have checked the password to ensure it is right and still no luck. Reseting the router is not an option unfortunately (people at home need it to remain on). All
    other devices including the PS4 right next to it are connecting fine. Any ideas? TLDR; That's the message I get, ideas?

    Cant connect. Check your network name and password and try again.

    Be absolutely sure you are typing the login credentials to your network correctly. Try connecting wired and see if it works for you. Good Luck!

    With the help of a friend I've gotten to the point where I get a DNS issue. What should the default DNS be?

    TonOfWhar, default DNS, in generally its IP address of Your router. But Your first post claims, that You can't connect to router, as I can understand, to Wi-Fi. So now You be able to connect, but don't get DNS IP from router?

    Same issue here.Been using xbox live everyday for several years.Played all last night.But today my live profile says I am signed in but it says I am not connected to the internet. my xbox 360 connects to the internet and xbox live as do all my other devices.It
    usually signs in just fine.I have reset the modem twice and still nothing.It has to be an issue with the xbox one device itself apparently because everything else connects and the settings are exactly the same as they were when I turned it off last night.I
    am about to pull my hair out.I love xbox but I am contemplating throwing it out the window.And I have no idea where to go for help on here
