    Hello, xbox " support's " lack of support has sent me looking for answers here.

    For the last 12 hours I have been unable to connect to my wifi on my Xbox One, I know I'm typing in the correct password as it's on the slip of paper that came with my Talk Talk fibre optic router. Any clues on why this is happening? Or if Microsoft know
    this is a problem and are working on it?

    I am a preview member by the way if that helps. Also, is there anyway to opt out of this preview thing? Worst thing I ever signed up for.

    It keeps saying "Can't connect. Check your network name and password and try again." I have the password right but it still won't let me connect.

    preview members are asked to use the preview boards to track and get help on update specific issues.

    also try to provide as much Detail as possible.

    im having the exact same problem, its sending me crazy as i know the password is correct. I also know its the WIFI as the xbox one upstairs works fine

    I've had the same issue and found disconnecting the Kinect and any external hard drive to work..... Sounds like it shouldn't be if I plug the Kinect back in, I immediately loose my connection.
