    Cannot configure Xbox One Controller for Non-Xbox Games.


    I have a game called Super Mega Bob on my laptop.

    It is not Xbox-supported.

    But, if I could configure my Controller do whenever I do something on my D-Pad, for example, my laptop would think I either pressed W, A, S or D, so my character would move. Where can I do that?

    If what I said wasn't quite understandable, BlueStack, the app, does the same thing. It installs a tablet on your laptop, and you config your laptop, so whenever I press Q, the "tablet" would tilt.

    Xbox one cannot control direcTV receiver

    I can see TV, but the Xbox cannot control the receiver. So it doesn't turn off when the Xbox turns off, none of the kinect commands work, and the controller cannot change channels. The directv controller is on IR mode.

    To reform the sentence, can I make a game support controller? I saw there are full controller supported Steam games, but can I make it so not supported games, like Super Mega Bob, support? For example, if I move my left joystick to the right, it is similar
    to pressing A, and Bob will move. Like, can I set this up?

    I agree with you that the common denominator is the TV but disagree that the issue does not reside on XBOX. If my Sony Playstation 4 works on the same, TV one would deduce that Microsoft could configure the Xbox ONE in the same manner.

    If the problem has to do with the sound controller chip on the Xbox, obviously it cannot be fixed but if it is a software configuration issue, Microsoft should at least attempt to fix it.
