Cannot complete purchasing of a game

Hi everyone, I am trying since 2 days to purchase Fifa on the store but process cannot be finalized. I receive an error message saying that my payment could not be processed and requesting to contact microsoft technical support. knowing that I am using my
debit card with enough money for the purchase.

Licens Transfer.

Ingame items are profile specific as they require your game saves like fable weapons or rpg weapons or gears of war skins

Mappacks aren't

They are useable accross all profiles on the purchasing console

This is why you must complete the proccess

You can continue download but you cannot play a Xbox live game while you wait

The problem is still coming up and I am still unable to buy the game I want. In addition I did not succeed to request a callback from a billing specialist.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category (Billing) and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

Either chat or call support would work.

 

Faced the problem too with my debit card in the past, and to this day I still can't use it, so I created a Paypal account and linked it to the card. I asked my bank about that and they say they didn't support payments in the Microsoft Store so I wouldn't
be able, so I can actually use it in some websites, not all of them. It was a Visa card. I would recommend to link an Paypal account to your payment methods on Xbox.
