Cannot complete games with gold purchase.

Hi my name is Eamon, and I'm trying to get Portal: Still alive which is currently available with Games with Gold until June 15th. Every time i try to complete the purchase i get the message "Sorry, your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try
again".

I checked my card details in case that was an issue but they are correct. My xbox live subscription is also still active. Any help on this matter would be greatly appropriated.

Seems to be a common issue. Must be on Microsoft's end as I've seen several comments and threads on different subreddits about not being able to get it. I've attempted a few times and even cleared cache/etc on my browser without any luck. I'm sure we'll
hear something today about the issue as MS has to be aware of it by now.

I believe it's an issue on Microsoft's end, all we can do is wait at the moment because it's happening to a lot of users

Same here. Definitely a Microsoft issue. I used multiple devices and bank accounts.
