Cannot claim Xbox 360 games with active gold

Hi there. For the last 2 months I cannot claim Xbox 360 gold games even when I got active payment method. My region is Slovakia.

Anyone can help with that?

To claim 360 games with gold for xbox one you need to have linked with the account a valid method of payment, credit card. In this case a purchase of 0,00$ is registered while claiming the game.

Since the account is that of a minor and not allowed to purchase online, it cannot claim the 360 games with gold for xbox one.

as far as I know Slovakia isn't a supported Xbox Live region according this link:
https://www.xbox.com/live/countries, so I'm assuming you are using a different region on the account or on the console (if it's Xbox One)

Using alternate regions then your actual one isn't supported and this can result in issues with purchasing games/content, this includes any 'free' content.

If you check games with gold wiki, it states that those specific games are "not available for Slovakia " This would hold true for the last 3 (Assassin's Creed, Dantes Inferno, Dragon Age 2).

Yes. Once you claim a game with gold title for xbox 360 it's yours to play forever, even if you don't have an active xbox live gold subscription.

Be aware that you need an active Gold membership to play claimed Games with Gold titles.

While you "own" Xbox 360 titles forever, you "rent" Xbox One Games with Gold titles for as long as you have an active Gold membership.

If you don't have a Gold membership, you lose access to your Xbox One Games with Gold.
