Cannot claim Games with Gold XBox 360 games; cannot buy XBox 360 games.

I have an XBox One, and an account with a Gold subscription.

I CAN claim the XBox One, Games with Gold free game on the console, or on the web without issue; and I can buy any XBox One game without issue.

However, when I try to claim the XBox 360 game, I get an error, the same thing occurs when I try to buy any 360 game.

The error used to be "This offer is not valid in your region".

In December, I managed to claim Dungeon Siege III for the 360 using an XBox 360 console. Since then, if i click "Buy Game" or "Download to 360", the white box appears with the "please wait" icon in the middle and it just keeps spinning. If i use Internet
Explorer or Microsoft Edge after a few seconds the text "This content can’t be shown in a frame" appears above the spinning icon. If do this in Google Chrome or Firefox, the icon just keeps spinning, but this error appears in the
browser's developer console:

Refused to display 'Loading...'
in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY'.

Whatever that means... Just FYI, if I open this link in a new tab, I get an XBox.com error page telling me that "Uh oh... that should not have happened."

Now, having spent hours chatting to support people, we have tested the following:

• I have checked that my account region (on commerce.microsoft.com) is the same as the marketplace region. It is.
  
• Support asked me to try and change my account's region to the proper region (which it was already on ), but the region change page, gives me an unspecific error.
  
• I have tried it on at least 5 different ISP / internet connections, all with varying IP address ranges
  
• I have tried it on multiple PC's, laptops, my iPad, my phone, and even on the XBox One using the Edge browser
  

And lastly, in November last year (2015), I created a brand new Microsoft account, with a brand new gamer tag, using all the same settings, and the same credit card. I used the November / December $1 Gold deal to subscribe. This new account, was able to
claim Dungeon Siege III without problems. On the same connection, and PC, and browser that my main account keeps failing.

Any thoughts?

360 games on One.

To claim 360 games with gold for xbox one you need to have linked with the account a valid method of payment, credit card. In this case a purchase of 0,00$ is registered while claiming the game.

Since the account is that of a minor and not allowed to purchase online, it cannot claim the 360 games with gold for xbox one.

 

Can't DL the 360 titles, says join GOLD, already a member though

Hi, I cannot DL the Games with Gold 360 titles direct to my XBOX ONE. It says I must do it from my 360 (Gotten rid of) or on the games with gold site.

ON the games with gold site, it says underneath the game, "Join now to claim for XBOX 360". Clicking that takes me to a page where it wants me to buy Gold Membership time. Problem is, I am already signed into my account AND I have a gold Membership until
December of 2017.

All XBOX 360 games with gold titles are BC on XBOX ONE now and I would like to get this month's 360 game. Is there a problem on the site and is there a way to get work around this issue so I can get the game?

 

When you get a region error they don't mean your console region

Your account region. Must reflect your actual region to get any xbox 360 content

This means your physical location

You will hav to contact support and ask if they can do a manual migration

However if you don't live in an xbox live region you cannot get the content

 

Did you try and clean out the system cache, this can resolve some of the issues.
