Cannot change xbox settings due to error

Hi

An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. Keeps on coming up after I decided to change my Xbox settings to play multiplayer and I tried everything
including change the browser and refresh the page nothing worked.

Please Microsoft help me!

as of 2012 thanks to the esrb you cannot change the age of an account due to parental settings being enforced by law now

user errors are your own fault

once set an age of an account canmot be changed it is that simple

Sorry for the issue with the settings. We recommend first to
power cycle the console completely. If after you keep getting this error have you tried to change the settings on the website?

Not yet I am still trying however some people had this issue for years as I is written but the thread is locked.

I would recommend trying to sign into another Microsoft account, then add the first account as an "Adult" family member. From there, try to see if it is possible to change the settings and save
them this way. Also, please try another device to see if it is possible to change the
Online Safety and Privacy
Settings like a phone, tablet, console etc. It would be best to try changing the settings on a console if you have one available. It may allow the settings to save
this time around.
