Cannot change specific Xbox One/Windows 10 online safety settings.

I want to play realms on windows 10 minecraft, but everytime I try to change the setting "Decide to allow or block creating and joining clubs" to Allow,the page refreshes and it become Block again? I'm not sure what is causing this, and I've scoured the
internet looking for answers and I can't find anything. Here's a video of this happening.

Changes Made to Xbox Live Online Safety Settings Don't Update

With some further testing, I discovered that any changes to my Privacy settings or Xbox 360 Online Safety settings are kept, but the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety settings are still reverted upon submission.

Privacy and online safety.

Im trying to change Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety settings. I want to change the setting "You can create and join clubs". It is currently on "Block". When i change it to "Allow" and i click on "Submit". It reloads the page and it is at the setting "Block"
again. I tried it again, but it doesn't work.

I can change Privacy and Xbox 360 settings, but not the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety settings.

Hi there,

just to be sure if your account is a Child account then these settings can only be change by the parental account, they can sign in at
Sign in to your Microsoft account and change the online and privacy options for your account.

If your account isn't a child account but for some reason you can change the settings, be sure to try different browsers too, then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat so they can take a more in depth look into the issue
you experiencing on your account. To contact Xbox Support use

changing online safety or privacy settings on Xbox One" contains information on how to change the privacy & online safety settings through a browser. This also applies for Windows 10. Once you access the settings, you will see an option that states, "Xbox
One/Windows 10..." Be sure to let us know the results!
