    Cannot change profile gamerpic


    Hello! I recently changed the age of my account to be over 18 years old and changed it to an adult account as well. It turns out that even if I make an adult account and change the age of my account to 18+, I still cannot access features like xbox 360
    Gold games, the insider hub, and custom gamer pics. Is there any way around this issue, because I feel as if I can't experience of my Xbox at its full potential. Thank you! Cannot change profile gamerpic :)

    Xbox keeps your registered age, and will count until that year you will turn 18

    It's not possible to change the age of an Xbox account once it's been created. Most likely you changed the age of your Microsoft account which would not effect the Xbox account age. You'll have to wait until the account reaches 18.

    I changed my profile picture to a XBOX One pic and now i cant go back to my 360 pic

    Unfortunately once you change your gamerpic to an Xbox One gamerpic you cannot revert. Your old pic will be viewable on the 360 but not on your Xbox profile on xbox.com or Xbox One.
