    cannot change gammertag, page defaults to usa and i am in uk spo i cannot fill in the billing details

    i have talked to live operator and they tried to sort it by sending me to several pages to get the correct billing page but it failed. this has been like this for over 6 months now and on top of this its showing i have to pay $9:99 to change my tag after
    all this hastle.

    I only have a pc and this gamertag is for one game and thats minecraft for windows 10. i do NOT have an xbox before i am asked yet again.

    Live support has the gamertag i wish to change to , please change it

    Region Changing Error!

    i need to change my account region from US to UK because when i created it it put it as US by default and i live in the UK. so cannot purchase anything etc...

    i followed the steps and came to the page where your supposed to click next at the bottom. every time i click "next" it doesnt do anything! i need to change it! can anyone tell me how/why?

    How to change use account to uk

    I have an USA Xbox account and I attempted to put 4200ms UK on it. It did not redeem as I relalized th UK Microsoft points do not wok on a USA account. How would I change my USA account to UK so the points will work

    You will have to add the said currency

    From the sounds lf.it you'd .selected.the usa

    You need to.change this yourself at account setting at this page chsnge my region

    Then add the currency

    Regions is set. By you when you're create an account

    the live chat team sent me here. Its a disgrace that something like this hasnt been sorted in 6 months and i am been told to go to one place and then that place is sending me back and the link posted on here doesnt even work.

    Regardless of what phone support says anything to do with account or billing must be delt with by customer support not forums

    Due to the need for verifications

    NOONE on forums can ylhelp you

    Due to the need for you to pass PII

    You must use the region migration tool to correctly set your account

    If you are under 3months since creation you must wait till your 3months is up before you can migrate

    PII is what all support centres use that's why they ask you verifying questions it's the law for account changes

    Why do you think banks or support centres require your info to verify before even talking to you

    We cannot verify PII or do account changes

    Any modifications to your account can only be done directly thru support

    Xbox Live Gold vouchers redeemed but have been applied to USA. I am based in UK.

    The subscriptions I bought were for UK/EU. However, when I redeemed on redeem.microsoft.com it said United States next to my email address.

    I've checked my Microsoft account location and it was set to United states by mistake. I've now changed it to UK. Now if I go to redeem.microsoft.com it says United Kingdom next to email address.

    However, it still appears my Xbox Live has been claimed as a USA subscription as the amount to set recurring billing says $9.99. If I try upgrade, I am taken to the UK upgrade page but cannot proceed as I am asked to change my Microsoft store location. If I change to USA I can progress up to the payment screen, but cannot complete payment as my card is a UK card and it says the store location and payment location needs to be the same.
