Cannot change gamertag from any other country than US on both web and app

Discus and support Cannot change gamertag from any other country than US on both web and app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I don't have US credit card so I can't change my gamertag :( I am on Windows 10 and I live in Canada. 1) https://account.xbox.com/en-US/changegamertag...     Cannot change gamertag from any other country than US on both web and app


    I don't have US credit card so I can't change my gamertag Cannot change gamertag from any other country than US on both web and app :( I am on Windows 10 and I live in Canada.

    1) https://account.xbox.com/en-US/changegamertag is US,
    CA page do not exist

    2) So when I need to pay, I have to add a US credit card with US infiormations such as postal code or State

    3) But I am logged in... You should be already aware of my billing infos...

    4) I can't do that from xbox app, it redirect me to: https://account.xbox.com/en-US/changegamertag

    I can't download a game

    Which game are you trying to download?

    Which country do you live in?

    Which country is your gamertag set to?

    If you live in a different country than where you live then that could be the issue. Some content is region locked and cannot be downloaded to any region other than where it was originally intended for.

    Which country do you live in?

    Which country is your gamertag set to?

    If you live in a different country than where you live then that could be the issue. Some content is region locked and cannot be downloaded to any region other than where it was originally intended for.

    Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for? Region is another word for Country. If your gamertag is not set up for the same region (country) that you live in then that could be the reason that you cannot download the game.
    Some games are unavailable for download from a different IP address other than what they were intended.
