    Cannot change country/region on billing.


    When ever i go to buy something on the store i click the visa option however just before it changes to the next page the visa option changes to american express.

    afterwards i cannot change the country or region to united kingdom, only the states.

    all my settings on my computer are correct and the billing info is correct on my account.

    Lastly i have been unable to buy anything from the store directly from my Xbox lately as i'll press buy, it'll go to a background then return to the buy screen as if nothing happened.

    I would like a explanation on how to correct this because i recently bought a game off the site fine but now this happens.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. Unfortunately, according to the

    Xbox LIVE Billing Information     page you cannot change your country or region. I imagine this has to do with content licensing and availability.

    Specifically it states:

    You cannot change the country or region that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have switched countries and want to access Xbox LIVE from your new location, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new region.
