Cannot change channel on Magnavox MDR513H/F7 when using OneGuide

I just got the Xbox One. I would like to setup the OneGuide with my OTA DVR. I have a Magnavox MDR513H/F7. I have the HDMI out from this DVR going to the HDMI in on the Xbox One. But I can't set it up as a cable/satellite box. I can't power it on or off
with the Xbox One and can't change the channel when using OneGuide. I'm pretty sure the remote code for it is Y0675, but the Xbox One doesn't seem to accept that remote code as a valid value.

At Device Control menu. I select Cable or satellite box. I get to Cable or satellite box menu. I select Cable or satellite box setup.

For CABLE OR SATELLITE BOX BRAND, I enter Magnavox.

I click next and then Guide me option.

Then it goes through several screens as it tries "Let's send POWER to your cable or satellite box". None work.

It eventually gets to a page that states "We can't tell what cable or satellite box you have" It gives me the option to enter the model.

I've tried several variations of the model number "MDR513H/F7", but the only one that seems to work is "mdr-513h"

I takes me to a menu "Here's what we found. Pick yours." It gives me three options for DBS500R(Code202), DBS500R(Code101), or DBS500R(Code204).

I've tried all of them, none work changing the channel.

Under "Cable or satellite box" menu, I then try under ADVANCED, "Enter cable or satellite box remote code"

From some research on the internet I believe the right code for my DVR is Y0675.

When I enter that, all it says is "Enter a value" underneath the text box as if it is an invalid value.

I have tried several dozen remote codes. It accepts TV remote codes. TV remote codes begin with T. It accepts audio system remote codes. Audio system remote codes begin with R. It accepts cable box remote codes. Cable box remote codes begin with C. It accepts
satellite boxes remote codes. Satellite box remote codes begin with S. It accepts some remote codes that begin with A or M. But for some reason doesn't accept remote codes that begin with Y. Remote codes that begin with Y seemed to be used for DVD players
and apparently some DVRs

I have tried several remote codes from these sites. Nothing seems to work and again, Xbox One doesn't accept any of the remote codes that begin with Y.
