Cannot change bio

Discus and support Cannot change bio in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been running into the issue of not being able to change my bio or location on my Xbox 360 profile. Why is this?     I have been running into the issue of not being able to change my bio or location on my Xbox 360 profile. Why is this? The options simply arent there when on the console or in profile settings on the site. Thanks in advance.

    Cannot change my bio.

    Thxs man. Not being able to change my bio was starting to drive me crazy. If you ever want someone to play with in halo 4 or Bo2, just let me know.

    I've been looking under my profile and I cannot find the button that will allow me to change my bio. I tried everything but I still can't find it. can anyone help?

    I tried it and when I tried to save the bio it told me that I've found a glitch in the system and did not leave an error message. It left me nothing.

    Clear your broswer's cache, close it and re-open and try again.

    Alternatively, try a different web browser.

    It's not working for many people on the console.

    Instead, try to do it from Xbox.com.
