    I live in Mauritius and i can not change my billing address.

    It is defaulted to UK

    I've tried many times but impossible for me to change the billing address.

    How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

    Overview

    It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

    Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

    1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

    2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

    1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

    2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

    3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

    4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

    5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

    In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

    I cannot for the life of me find where to change my email address. I've found how to change billing info, billing address, password and a bunch of other things but not how to change my email address. Anyone know what I'm missing? Thanks much!

    change your Xbox Billing Information     following the steps on that page, then I do not think it will be possible to change it to your region until your region is supported.

    It's possible that the billing address associated with your Xbox account is not updating properly when you change your debit card information. It could be an issue with the way the information is being stored or processed by the Xbox system, or it could be an issue with the way you are inputting the new information.

    I recommend removing your old billing address completely and you may try contacting Xbox support and providing them with your current billing address, along with any information about the debit card you are using, and explain the problem you are having. They may be able to assist you in updating your billing address and ensure that it remains updated in the future.

    Billing Address Change

    If you live in one of the 9 newly added countries to Live - Russia, Poland, Brazil, Hungary, Greece, Czech Republic, South Africa, Colombia, and Chile - then you can use the Region Migration Tool to change your account region.

    If you don't live in one of those countires, you would have to create a new account with the correct region.

    G'day Sandreas! Just to make sure I understand, are you still seeing a US billing page after migrating your account's region

    with the steps here    ? Once the account is fully migrated to the UK, you should have the option of using UK billing information.
