Cannot cancel reoccuring Xbox Live Payment

First, if this is posted in the wrong place, please move it.

I no longer own an Xbox One or Xbox 360. I need to cancel my reoccuring live payment. I verified the email address associated with this account, by finding the original confirmation emails I received when Xbox began my reoccuring payment.

Since I no longer own one, I tried to go online to cancel using this same email address. When I log in, it shows no reoccuring payments and my gamertag is not associated with my account. I do not know what email Microsoft used to associate this with the correct
account. Because of this, I cannot cancel my membership and I'm considering my reoccuring payment is lost somewhere in their system.

Could someone let me know the best course of action from here?

Unable to buy membership

Nope nothing can be transfered between accounts

Also currency cannot be used to buy subscriptions since it requires an payment option with reoccuring charges

WHY CAN'T I USE MY XBOX MICROSOFT POINTS/CASH CARD TO RENEW MY XBOX LIVE GOLD SUBSCRIPTION??

You need to buy on your console for dlc and god games

Currency cannot be used for subscription cause it isnt a reoccuring payment option

Absolutely right. I called during off-peak hours and got it resolved in 5 minutes. Customer service has definitely improved over the years.

you have to contact your bank and charge back as much money as they can and block further charges.

Best is to get a new cc number to prevent any misuse of your cc and prevent problems in the future if you may decide to start a new sub.

The other account will be closed automatically.

Hello, subscription can be cancelled through billing and subscriptions through microsoft.com. Cancel subscription and make sure reoccuring payment is turned off. As far as a refund you might need to call in and speak with a live representative to see if that is possible.
