cannot cancel gold subscription you are stealing money

whem i login to my xbox live account i see the monthly subscription but when i try to click on it so cancel if asks me to verify my account? funny this was never asked when making payments for the last year? anyway i enter my email and it says its sent a
code but i dont get any email?! ive done this 10 timesover a 3 week period no email code not even in junk folder.. i cannot cancel it! I cannot cancel it on my online banking a. its not a direct debit.. you are committing theft i hereby give no permission
to take money from my bank on the account its due for renewal on the 11th of april ive given pre warning now if it isnt canceled by an admin on this forum i'll have to seek legal action.

I am sorry to say you cannot get your money back . Microsoft has a no refund policy.

I believe you can take actions on your PC to prevent further renewal purchases,

To turn off auto renewal you can follow the direction here.

Unfortunately, you cannot delete an account completely. You can just stop using it, but it won't be deleted. From the looks of it, you're not an Xbox LIVE Gold Member, so you won't need to cancel a subscription, but if you need to cancel a subscription to

^^ This.No one on the forums can do anything.Phone support are the only ones with access to your billing info.

As mentioned by Boozy and Badger no one on the forums can help with billing issues. I have Locked this up as there is not really any further advice you can be given here. You need to contact phone support to have this sorted.
