    Cannot calibrate Kinect since last update


    Cannot calibrate my kinect since last update.

    When i Go to Settings -> Kinect & Devices -> Kinect -> Troubleshooting -> "I moved my kinect sensor or I am having trouble with Kinect" it only calibrates audio and microphone no more option available (like adjusting the angle of the kinect and adjusting the
    floor height higher or lower).

    Because of this problem I cannot use the kinect properly in most of the games I purchased such as Shape Up and this is kind of annoying.

    How can I roll back to the previous version of software to get my kinect able to calibrate again?

    Please advise.

    Kinect version: 4.0.3912.0:7

    OS version 10.0.10586.1026

    BTW I have already tried to re calibrate the settings since the last xbox update

    I and many other people have the same problem. Unfortunately, there's no way to roll back the update, and customer service treats it like nothing's wrong, and that you should "suggest" that it be fixed. So here's the "suggestion." Please go upvote it, because
    its a stupid democratic system :-(

    If you don't have a calibration card, you're only options would be to find a copy of the Kinect Calibration Card or print one. Luckily, I found a printable version of the Kinect Calibration Card that you can use:
