    If you want to buy something over www.xbox.com you can't use your account

    Actually I just found that i cannot buy over console too! :)

    Same problem with both consoles. Cannot buy new game and cannot download free game, and cannot download free trial.

    Whenever I try to buy something that is over 25 dollars plus tax the buy button is grayed out and I cannot buy the item. I have 30 in the account, but cannot buy something Worth a total of $26.50

    Hey there, I would suggest trying to renew your membership and manage your payment options through this link:
    commerce.microsoft.com

    Sometimes I'll get what you're describing through the console and xbox.com website, but never see to have issue at the above link.
