Sometimes this can happen when your connection to the Xbox Live servers may be struggling, or perhaps might be an issue with your payment method. I know I experienced this I was having a problem with some outdated billing info on my account, but this was
happeing across any game I tried to make purchases in. Since you state that your connection to the internet is all good, go ahead and try to

re-add your payment instrument and see if this works out for you.

Alternatively if you are not having this problem with any other game, you could attempt to

reinstall the title as well.

Go ahead and try both of these options, and let us know the results of your test!

Try signing in on a different account eg a tablet it worked for me
