    Cannot buy Injustice two with Xbox Currency


    when i try and buy Injustice 2 ultimate Edition with my Microsoft account it says its "unable to get authorisation for this purchase. If you you have questions please contact your payment provider." and i dont know what to do

    What can I buy with money in my Microsoft account?

    FYI the ONLY thing you cannot buy with that type of currency is a Live Gold subscription everything else can be bought with that currency.

    The only way to keep it to 1 currency is to only buy cards in the same currency as your region. Currency cannot be transferred to a different region's currency.

    You can purchase games using currency on their respective consoles: You can use currency to buy Xbox 360 games ON the Xbox 360 just like you can buy Xbox One games ON the Xbox One, but you cannot purchase Xbox 360 games on an Xbox One using microsoft currency.

    Right so scince december some in my family has been useing my card to buy in game currentcy and such and whenever i request a refund they denie it ever single time

    If the virtual currency has been used, or the transaction is older than two weeks, it cannot be refunded
