Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

In addition if you were able to "buy" Xbox One GWG, as soon as the month trial of Gold expires any GWG game will be unplayable as the Xbox One REQUIRES you to remain Gold to play.

My region is Polish ( Poland ) , when i was talking with support they tell me i can download this games from gold and they didn't know why i from my site i can't purchase and download it.

I have connected my Card to my account

 

You need to match your account region not your console region

First your account region has to be chsnged and only every 3momths

Then change your console region

And add a appropriate payment method

 

FYI if you set it up for England for English content that would be why

Also.you cannot.chsnge your region since you are on your first 30days

You need to wait the 90days to change your region

 

I was nothing changing with me account Region.. i live in poland i have all information configure good to POLAND I have connected my credit card, my friend is looking from other console or Pc my account and too have this Error with region, and he was looking
from his account and he can buy xbox 360 games SO problem is on Xbox site not on me.

 

One potential workaround - try accessing using a different connection. Use the website to "purchase" the game whilst on a mobile connection or at a friends house using their broadband. Microsoft seem to have ridiculously inaccurate location information for
IP adresses - and if their systems show the IP address is registered in another country then some purchases (even free ones) can be blocked. Then when you return to your xbox the game should be waiting for you in your download queue.

The xbox support person I spoke to said they couldn't help and I would have to speak to my ISP - even when I said 4 different track-your-ip sites all got my location correct and so it was their data that was wrong. I spoke to my ISP and unsurprisingly they
didn't help either.

 

I had this same problem, I couldnt purchase games online and it only would say offer not available. I came to find out it was my internet connection so i messed with the wifi and it fixed the problem

 

Thanks for the update, trunus! This game is available in Poland, so you should be able to get the game. Additionally, 1 month trials are still full Gold, so you should have access to all the features that comes with it. Are you getting an error on the website
when you attempt to purchase it there? What is the exact error you're getting when you do (if you want to copy it from Polish, we can translate it ourselves, if you do not want to translate it)? We can dig further into it from there.

When you queue from the website you need change the locale of the website

Also your console setting has no bearing on your account setting

You must change it under my account on this website under change my region

 

For xbox 360 games, using xbox one/xbox website/xbox app you need a credit card or paypal account valid to "buying free" the game.

 

You aren't gold.still you are showing as free

 

Problem solved, needed to log in into Xbox 360 console, it create me xbox 360 account on same account what i had problem, every game now i can buy or buy from games with gold.

 

Sounds like a child account which the account can only make the purchase from a 360 or a a parental account
