Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

Hello 2 days ago and now i can't buy game with backward compatibility on xbox one s, i have 1 month trial gold, i read on some forum that becouse of that i have trial Gold i can't buy games with backward compatibility, is that true or this is other problem?

When I activated it, it said that it was ''backwards compatibility code''.

so when i applied a 14 Day Trial code that came with a new XBox One. That activated fine as a "14 Day Trial to XBox Live Gold" and the backwards compatibility thing. However, when I try to play forza horizon it still asks me to sign-up to an XBox Live
Gold subscription.

When i try to buy game on site they give me answer " Sorry The offer is not available in your region " But my friend lives next to me and normally can buy the game, but he has bought gold and do not have trial version like me.

There are two possible reasons why you are seeing this error:

1. You have the locale on your console set to the wrong region. You can set your region in the Settings screen under Language and Location.

2. Your Xbox account setting is wrong. Which means you chose the wrong country when you set up your account originally. If that is the case, please follow this

An Xbox Live Gold account is not required to purchase any games or apps on the console, including backwards compatible titles.

The only time a Gold account is required to download and play backwards compatible games is when said game is being offered as a 'Games with Gold' item. Games with Gold are for paying subscribers only, they can not be downloaded with trial account.

When i was talking with Support, she says that i have subscription ( i use 1 month trial subscription credit card ) and it should work, when i want to download game from 'Games with Gold' i see only "See Price" and nothing happend

 

I can download Xbox one games with "Games with Gold" but i can't download 360 Game.

 

Which Xbox 360 games are you trying to download that's not working? Not all games can be purchased on the Xbox One and you may have to buy it on xbox.com.

Which region are you physically located in? In one of your earlier posts you mentioned you got a region error, which may be the reason you're unable to purchase these games.

 

I may be getting confused.

But didn't you just say that you could download "games with gold" titles?

Mirrors edge and the MX vs ATV Reflex are both Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles. Mirrors edge the tail end of September and MX vs ATV Reflex the first one of October

And with the 360 Games With Gold you will only see the option "See Price" from the Xbox one. But when you click into that and wait a moment (it can take a little bit depending on your connection speed and how much of your hard drive is filled up) then you
should get another screen confirming that the price is zero and giving you the option to download.

 

There is also an issue with buying and downloading Xbox 360 games and not having a payment method on file for the 360 games. You MUST have a credit card or debit card or PayPal account registered to be able to purchase 360 games from the store.

We aren't getting the full story here from the OP and it sounds like multiple issues in play here.

 

I suspect that they're just jumping the gun based on the fact that they only have the option to "See Price". Which is different from expectations if you've only looked at Xbox one games previously.

A little bit of guts and going that one extra step may solve his issue.
