Cannot buy game from Xbox store

Hi there,

I have XOne console and I've got a problem with buying a game from Games with Gold. In this months I should get Assassin's Creed III but I cant buy it from store. I'm trying for few days, different browser but still get the same message: "Your purchase cannot
be completed at this time. Please try again."

How can I get the game? I paid for subscription of Xbox Live and now I cant get game :/

I keep getting the error code PBR9002. Therefore I can't buy any games as it just tells me "Your purchase can't be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay." I have already tried many methods of paying using PayPal to my
own credit card. I still get the same error. Can anyone help me?

It's because your account region and location do not match.

Some games will be purchasable when they do not match, but for many, including most 'bigger' games, your account region does need to match your physical location.

As Qatar is not an officially-supported country you would not be able to have that as your account region, so the only way to obtain the game would be to be physically located in the UK when trying to download the game.

I know that won't be what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps clarify.

 

Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in and is your gamertag set to the same country? Also, do you have a full gold membership or only a trial?

If a game is not available in your region then you will not be able to download it. Only a full gold membership can be used to download games with gold 360 games.

Thx for answer. I live in Poland, my XOne location is also set to Poland. I have full Membership from few years, and before I didnt have trouuble w with getting games (both for XOne and X360) Now I can get fame from Game with Gold for XOne, but I cannot
from X360 game

 

I wanna bump this. I'm having the same issue. It has happened with all the 360 games for the past two months, whenever I try to get it on the xbox, nothing happens. When I try to buy through the windows xbox app, it prompts the browser and I get the following
error "The error code is 0X00000005, in case you need it". Up until now I had to get the 360 through the app, that doesn'st work anymore since the beginning of June.
