Cannot buy game from Xbox console

I'm from Romania, and perhaps that why I cannot use my credit card to buy games? Or it's something else?

If you want to buy something over www.xbox.com you can't use your account

Actually I just found that i cannot buy over console too!

Same problem with both consoles. Cannot buy new game and cannot download free game, and cannot download free trial.

Cant Buy Xbox live With Credit Card

My gamertag is T0Mmy Gunz 216 ; I cannot buy xbox live with my credit card because every time I attempt to buy one month of xbox live, it says "Cannot retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later." I cannot buy this on xbox.com nor on my xbox
console. Please help me solve this. Thanks!

What game is it that you're trying to purchase?

I think, it's related with current location setting. Romania it's not available as location in locations list, so I choose USA.

I have setup a card in Microsoft account payment, but it's not apear in Xbox payments choices.

Thanks for the info. As you have chosen the US as your country you would need to have a US payment method to make purchases. I would recommend setting up a paypal account if you're able to.

Now, with that being said, even if you were able to make the purchase you still might encounter issues with downloading as some content is not available in all countries. Changing the region of your account would not allow you to download the content as
it is linked to the IP address of the region.

You cannot purchase games except from the store for the country you are physically in. If that country is not an Xbox related you cannot buy goods and services as Xbox cannot legally provide them to you

Attempting to purchase games from outside your region can lead.to account and console bans.

So you need to change your regions back to the Saudi store and purchase your games from there

If I was you, I'd buy an Xbox One from an official website to stay safe. Most Xbox's are sold from sellers that you cannot trust. In this case, your console is banned and you cannot unban it.
