    at this time I cannot buy and download anything for xbox360 from xbox marketplace.

    Is this normal ?

    The game is in the marketplace but you cannot buy from what I saw

    You know.. some games disappear from marketplace sometimes.. I guess due to licenses expired cannot buy from xbox marketplace :)

    It's happening to me too, both on the 360 and the website. When I looked at the billing website, I had a bunch of application fees for $3.64 that were credited back. I wonder if these quasi transactions (they aren't mine, must be an internal Microsoft
    thing) are seen by the service as too many transactions in too short of a time and that it prevents you from purchasing? I also can't change purchasing options (I only have two) or add points. I am now relegated to purchasing points on Amazon and adding
    them in.

    I have the same problem. I can't download/purchase any contents on the Xbox Store. Is it a problem with my Xbox One ID and server?

    I don't have any error message. When i search for a game, then I click on it, the page doesn't load.

    Is everyone trying to purchase the same game, or different content? Have you tried multiple payment methods, and still get this same error? If so, please contact phone support as this is most likely an account and/or billing issue and they would need to
    help you with it from there.

    This is so frustrating.... i cant believe this is happening on a damn xbox service... better not last long, spend hours trying to add credit card all to fail for no reason, even on microsoft billing and now i try paypal and i get this... wtf microsoft
