    Cannot buy any xbox one games from the xbox store


    Hello,

    i'm trying to buy Fifa 16 Deluxe Edition and Overwatch: Origins Edition but it cannot complete the transaction. I have tried with credit card and PayPal - but nothing works.

    Are there any issues with the payment service ?

    Cannot buy any games from Xbox Store

    I keep getting the error code PBR9002. Therefore I can't buy any games as it just tells me "Your purchase can't be completed with this payment option. Try a different or new way to pay." I have already tried many methods of paying using PayPal to my
    own credit card. I still get the same error. Can anyone help me?

    It's because your account region and location do not match.

    Some games will be purchasable when they do not match, but for many, including most 'bigger' games, your account region does need to match your physical location.

    As Qatar is not an officially-supported country you would not be able to have that as your account region, so the only way to obtain the game would be to be physically located in the UK when trying to download the game.

    I know that won't be what you wanted to hear, but I hope it helps clarify.

    Sorry to hear it. Which country do you live in and is your gamertag set to the same country? Also, do you have a full gold membership or only a trial?

    If a game is not available in your region then you will not be able to download it. Only a full gold membership can be used to download games with gold 360 games.
