Cannot buy any of the BC special offers

Hello,

I'm trying to buy some of the BC games on sale, but I always receive a message saying something like "Internal error, try again later".

The message is in Italian, because I've set the language of the console in Italian, since I'm living in Switzerland, in the Italian-speaking region (MS, like

Apple, seems to forget that Italian is spoken in Switzerland too, not just German and French...), and appears as soon as I click the link on the Store, which advertise the BC games on sale, which is FRENCH...(the Xbox store in CH is a real mess, half of
it is in French, the other half in German)

Now the funny part: since I know that Red Dead Redemption for the X360 is on sale, I tried searching the store for it, and found it, with a link suggesting to "click to see the price". So I click the link and, guess what, while all the CH store prices are
normally priced in CHF, this one (the one I found by searching it in the store), is priced in EUR and, guess what, at full price ( 29.90 EUR ), NO SALE.

What's happening to the store ?

Could be because I USED to live in Italy ( years ago ), so my (very old) Xbox account was created back then on the Italian store, so they are still mixed up for me ?

I changed everything I could possibly find in my account to say I'm living in Switzerland now. The PayPal account is Swiss one in CHF so, why I can only find Red Dead Redemption, priced in EUR, at full price, and the link advertising the offer ( in French...) returns
the error ?

Cannot buy any of the BC offers

in order to buy bc titles your account region and console region and language and actual region must match

Xbox goes by the loffical languages of majority set by your local Congress

Language independence is only a Xbox one feature

And 360 games like red dead redemption is region locked
